Jalapeno Deer Jerky

Ingredients

  • lbs deer, sliced thick
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno pepper, minced
  • tablespoons garlic, minced
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Rub salt into meat.
    2. 2
      Make marinade, add meat and place in glass container in fridge overnight.
    3. 3
      Dehydrate for 8 hours - don't overcook.

      Enjoy!
