Good! I used 1/2 tsp of dry mustard, gives it a little heat, and a little salt. I did not drain the tuna either. Fast and good recipe. Thanks for posting. Next time I will try lemon pepper.

Since I love onion I added 3 sprigs chopped (but not to the end) and most of a small Meyer lemon (can't waste a Meyer!!!) which I later squeezed onto the patties. I didn't drain the tuna as it didn't call for that and it worked out fine, a little sticky wet when making the patties but they fry up nicely (I did not cook the full 10 minutes, only about 4 per side as I didn't want to burn them). These were quite good! Lovely texture and not fishy at all! I did end up sprinkling a touch of Kosher salt on them but that's just my taste... Definitely worth a try for a different take on tuna! The recipe is SO easy & quick... Made for PAC 2008 Ha! My little beggar cat had to have a bite and he loved it too even though he doesn't like tuna out of the can... He gave it 5 stars as well!
