This dip is to die for!!! I use jalapeno flavored refried beans and top the dip with fresh, seeded jalapenos, because my family likes it extra spicy! This dip is EASY and certainly a crowd pleaser! I found this recipe in one of my Pampered Chef Cookbooks.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Spread the refried beans in a square stone baker (or a 9-inch square baking dish).
  2. 2
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and garlic.
  3. 3
    Mix well with electric mixer.
  4. 4
Spread cream cheese mixture on top of refried beans.
  5. 5
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of cream cheese mixture.
  6. 6
Sprinkle olives, tomatoes, onions and cilantro on top.
  7. 7
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
  8. 8
    Serve hot with Tortilla Chips!

This is great! My husband doesn't like refried beans so I substitute either lean hamburger or ground chicken. I also leave out the Cilantro(none of us like it) This is a great meal for a lazy Friday movie night. Thanks for sharing!

I made this for my Pampered Chef party about 2 years ago, and had forgotten about it. Thanks for the reminder. As I recall, the dish was licked clean!

I've made this twice so far and both times I added 1lb of browned ground beef on top of the sour cream mixture. Excellent recipe! Easy to prepare too!

I love this dip! I like it with Tostitos Scoops chips. Someone makes this dip at every Girls' Night my friends and I have. I don't really care for refried beans on their own, but they taste terrific in this dish. Sometimes I make this for dinner for myself, to last throughout a few days.
