This was great and was made even better by easy it was. Even though julienning vegetables is one of my least favorite things to do, as I have no handy gadget yet to help me, I still found that I could put this together much faster than I thought it would. And it transported very well for my lunch when wrapped in moist paper towels and placed in plastic baggie.

YES!! This is very, very close to how I have been making these! My kids even love them! I do add a bit of salt and pepper to the veggies as neither child likes to use the dip. Great recipe! Very healthy and fairly easy to make. Oh, I usually drop my carrots and green onions in some water for just a few seconds to soften...but not necessary.
