Multi-Grain Dinner Rolls - Bread Machine

Recipe #276693 | 2 hours | 20 min prep | add private note

By: kjnanny

These dinner rolls will add extra fiber to your meal. I've made larger to use as a bun for sandwhiches. Easy to do with a bread machine or by hand.

16 rolls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Heat milk to 110 degrees.
  2. 2
    Beat egg.
  3. 3
Put in bread machine in the order as listed above. Use dough setting.
  4. 4
When ready pinch off enough dough to make 16 rolls. Can make larger for buns.
  5. 5
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. 6
    Let raise for 30 minutes.
  7. 7
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
