Recipe #276623 | 7 days | add private note

Simple and delicious rum balls, but with change of alcohol, you can make other kinds of balls, my BH's favorite is Irish Cream Balls!

SERVES 30 , 60 rum balls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and condensed milk, stir until smooth.
  2. 2
Stir in rum (or alcohol of your choice).
  3. 3
    Cover and chill in fridge.
  4. 4
Scoop out walnut sized amounts of mixture and roll between hands into a ball, heat from hands will make them sticky.
  5. 5
    Roll balls in coconut.
  6. 6
Let sit for 1 week for flavors to meld in an airtight container.
