Wonderful aroma while cooking! This made too much to fit into my 6 qt crockpot so be sure to have a very large crockpot or make a half recipe. I think that next time I'll saute the onions before adding for a more mellow flavour and perhaps add some cloves and bay leaf. Thanks for sharing. I love red cabbage.

    Wooeee this is an easy 5! SOOOO simple & delicious. 3 hours on high did not overcook the cabbage. I made a 1/2 batch which was perfect for the 4 of us. DH said it was perfect & I agree. YUM! Made for the photo swap 1/08.

    Easy to prepare - filled the house with good smells - good for leftovers. It makes a lot, so make sure that you have enough people that like cabbage!!!
