quick easy pie crust

SERVES 8 , 1 double crust pie (change servings and units)

    mix in flour ,salt cut in shortening, sprinkle with water 1 tbsp at a time till loose flour is gone roll in to ball and roll out with a rolling pin makes 2 crusts.
