Great Recipe! We all loved this, I doubled the recipe so the kids and I can eat left overs during the week. DH put one bite in his mouth and gave me a thumbs up so I am sure this will be a regular at my house! I also added about 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to this. Thanks again for posting!

Derf this is WONDERFUL!!! My little neighbor lady LOVED it ( I made us lunch today) I called this a.m. & said do not make lunch I'm bringing it.... she asked what I told her & she insisted on doing tea & salad.. it made a WONDERFUL lunchion for us + there was a wee little left that I gave to her for later tonight or tomorrow.... can't wait to share this with my sis in law..she loves pasta & this will be a hit with her too I also added in addition to your 2 cloves 3 nice fatcloves of my roasted.. Crock Pot Roasted Garlic AMAZING to me how something so very simple can be so dog gone good THANK YOU DERF for sharing this!!!!! UPDATE 1/11/08 made this again today only I didn't have any fettuccine so I used Mullers wide egg noodles a VERY good substitute in my opinion & this time I added a little Parm cheese..mmm good

This is great,my mother-in-law makes it all the time for one of my son's it is his favorite way to eat pasta. When I make I sometimes sub some garlic powder for the fresh garlic because of the kids. Thanks for posting such a great treat.
