This was good. I used this on Roasted Baby Potatoes With Herbs I have never had this combination of herbs before. I got the herbs in the bulk spices/herbs section at the grocery store. It cost a lot less money that way. The combination smells really good together, especially on the potatoes while baking.I am going to keep this recipe on hand and try it on other things. This is a great version of Herbes de provence for those who prefer no lavender or fennel. I have been using it in a few things where those flavors would not fit as well.
