Catnip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup wheat flour
• 1/4 cup soy flour
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/3 cup powdered milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons wheat germ
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon catnip

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350°F.

   Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

   Roll out batter with lightly floured rolling pin on a greased cookie sheet.

   Cut into small treat size pieces.

   Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

   Cool before serving.
