Saw this on the Food Network. I searched for other Key Lime Martini recipes here before posting this one. None of the others had the cream of coconut. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce key lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice

    • Directions

      Add all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice.
    2. 2
      Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
    3. 3
      Enjoy!
