I really liked this recipe. The meat was very flavourful from the marinade - but had been marinating overnight as I got this ready the night before to take to the beach to grill the next day. Not everyone tried the raspberry/barbecue sauce (Greeks are iffy about fruit and meat), but those who did said they liked it (and I certainly did).

Made three medium-rare and just loved the background raspberry flavor; sometimes we tasted it, sometimes we didn't and yes, the sauce was well mixed. Hubby's not too keen on BBQ but he sure devoured his! Made for Cupid's Choice Beverage Tag.

Missed this one! Freezer has real Canadian home grown beef - I marinade a variety of steak at one time doing a 'mixed grill' of the steak to sample the new marinades. Freeze the rest ready for the next time we want to grill. Means I get to grill and enjoy Randy's Bootz Steaks for our next cook out! Made as posted and yes - we loved that steak!
