Put the gelatine in cold water.2
Whip eggwhites unti stif, whip cream until stiff and blend these two carefully.3
Whip yolks and sugar together.4
Pour the juice from the fruits (or the alcohol of you choice) into it and the melted gelatine and stir well, you have to work kind of quickly here.5
Put the rest of the fruits (or 150g chopped chocolate) slowly into the mixture.6
Pour into decent desert bowl and cool for at least 6 hours.
