These were quite tasty, but believe it or not, I found them a bit dry. Used some thick boneless pork chops which I thought would stay juicy...DH loved them though as they do have good flavor.

Great flavor. I halved the recipe and I used bone-in pork chops. I would say medium thickness and cooked them for 45 minutes covered and about 15 minutes uncovered. I was delighted that the meat was so tender.

So easy and so good - I used "Diana" BBQ Sauce I pan friedthe chops and added mushrooms. I was travelling all day so this was just so easy to whip up. Served with new baby potatoes, steamed Cauliflower & broccoli Thanks Kim1
