White Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 ounces white chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.2
Let cool a bit.3
Put it in a bowl with cream cheese and butter.4
Beat it till smooth and blended5
It should be nice and thick now. The taste is very good.

Very easy to make but there is too much butter - it takes over the taste of the white chocolate. Next time I will try and reduce butter by 1/2. I love the fact it is not a sweet icing.
