Best Ever Rum Balls

I've made rum balls for many years. Last year, I was given this recipe. I don't make them with cocoa any more.

48 rum balls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler.

    Stir until smooth and remove from heat.
  3. 3
    Stir in corn syrup
  4. 4
    Stir in rum.
  5. 5
    In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  6. 6
    Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the crumb mixture.
  7. 7
    Stir until everything is well combined.
  8. 8
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
  9. 9
    Roll in powdered sugar.
  10. 10
    Store in an airtight container for at least five days before serving to develop flavor.
