Snickerdoodle Coffee Mix

Another favorite.
3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla flavored non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

Combine ingredients; store in an airtight container.2
To mix, use 4 large heaping teaspoonsfull per 6-8 oz. of boiling water.

This is very nice to have for those times when you want something hot and want it quickly. It couldn't be any easier to mix up. I used Splenda for the sugar and 1/2 Dutch and 1/2 regular cocoa, the cinnamon was upped to a "generous" 1/2 tsp and then I put a cinnamon stick in my cup. I needed to use more mix but my mugs are all bigger that 8 oz's so no shock there. Thanks CB for posting this one.

We enjoyed this quick to mix up hot drink. I use dark cocoa in mine. The amount to use per cup wasn't listed so we just added it till we got the taste we liked. Thanks Coffeebarista. Bullwinkle.

"When the weather ourside is frightful" lalala this is really good and warming. I love a good cup of coffee. I love better a good cup of flavored coffee. This fits the bill again from you CoffeeBarista. I am going to make some of this up for Valentine's Day for the office staff and teachers at school. They will love me LOL but your recipe will be attached for proper credit.
