Glazed Ham

Great for Easter

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2
    Place ham on rack in roasting pan.
  3. 3
    Roast 10 minutes per pound.
  4. 4
    ½ hour before ham is done, remove ham from oven.
  5. 5
    Cut off skin.
  6. 6
    Score fat in a diamond pattern.
  7. 7
    Insert a whole clove in each diamond.
  8. 8
    In a small saucepan, mix together brown sugar, mustard and allspice.
  9. 9
    Heat until sugar melts.
  10. 10
    Spread sugar mixture over ham.
  11. 11
    Return to oven, roast for 30 minutes.
