This is a mild fresh salsa using really good ingredients. Our friends ask for it all of the time.

SERVES 6 , 1/2 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Dice garlic, jalapeno peppers and onion.
  2. 2
    Chop cilantro. In blender combine cumin, garlic, cilantro and juice from tomatoes.

    Mix together thoroughly.
  4. 4
    Add onion, jalapeno peppers and tomatoes.
  5. 5
    Hit pulse 2 times.
  6. 6
    Mix and hit pulse again if necessary.
  7. 7
    Do not puree.
  8. 8
    Keep it chunky.
