Bullseye Beef Stew

I threw this together one night and everyone agreed that it was really good. Hope you enjoy it too.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Dredge stewing beef in flour and place in casserole dish.
  2. 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 an hour.
  3. 3
    While beef is in oven peel and cut up potatoes, carrots and onion
  4. 4
    Boil in water for 10 minutes.
  5. 5
    When beef comes out of oven add vegetables and water and remaining ingredients
  6. 6
    Cover and return to oven and bake at 300 degrees for about an hour.
  7. 7
    Enjoy!
