These are amazing little cookies!! I used different flavored peanut butter from the PB Company and they are so special tasting with very little effort. Also change up the flavor using different flavored chocolate chips, like raspberry for a peanut butter and jelly taste.

These cookies are so yummy and addicting! They were so easy to make too. I couldn't find chocolate bark so I just used melted chocolate chips and they came out great. I loved the sweet and salty of it, kinda like a chocolate covered pretzel Thanks for a great recipe! Made this for Spring PAC 2008.

I made these as part of our "Super Bowl" meal on 2/2/08.I didn't have enough of the milk chocolate bark so,I mixed a little bit of white chocolate with it and it worked just fine.I didn't make a full recipe, since there was only my SO and myself.I will make this again, but not to often( as I am afraid that they could be very very habit forming )Thanks for posting, and "Keep Smiling "
