Dill and Cucumber Dressing

SERVES 6 -8 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Cut cucumber into 1-inch chunks, leaving skin on.

    Trim tops of dill from stems and discard the stems.
  3. 3
    Place garlic into the bowl of a food processor, add the cucumbers and dill tops, and process until finely chopped.

    Add salt and yogurt, and process for 30 seconds.
  5. 5
    Chill until ready to serve.
