Wow this is great. So easy. Even though it was a slow cook chicken the prep was quick and easy and u just popped it into the oven and forgot it till the timer dinged and added the zuccis and then just popped it back in for another 10 mins just time to cook the rice and done Yummy will be making this one again. cheers made for Edition 3: MAKE MY RECIPEāa game of tag!
