Easy Chicken Mole

Recipe #268720 | 1 hour | 30 min prep | add private note

Moles are one of my favorites! This version is an easier version, as it uses Ancho Chile Powder instead of whole chilies. I created this dish, borrowing from Moles on the Web+Zarr too, with me adding a lot. IT'S MILD TASTING, BUT YOU CAN ADD MORE CAYENNE!

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Fry onions, garlic, seeds (ground and whole), add all other ingredients, stir often and simmer 30 minutes, taste.
