Quick hot cocoa in the microwave.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Add sugar, cocoa and salt into a large cup.

    Heat milk in micromave on high for 1 minute or until hot.

    Pour milk into cocoa mixture; stir.

    Stir in vanilla.

    A classic made for the microwave and in a single serving too. I enjoy this recipe frequently. I also use Splenda rather than sugar and I use 1/2 tsp more vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. Great for those chocolate cravings.

    This was really good. I did have to add a bit more milk though because I found it a tad bit too sweet. Thanks for a quick and easy warm up
