Excellent!!!! We loved how the pita crusts crisped up. The pita crust is lower in WW points than regular pizza crust. The flavor combination was delicious. We also made other toppings, including pepperoni-pineapple, Canadian bacon-pineapple with mozzarella cheese. Also a Greek pizza with feta/sun-dried tomatoes/artichoke/kalamata olive. So easy to make and the ingredients are always on hand. We even had some mini-pitas that were perfect for my toddler grandsons!

We liked this pizza so much that I made them for lunch two days in a row. This is a healthy, fast and tasty pizza, made with ingredients that I usually have on hand, but it would lend itself to variations depending on what I have in the fridge. All of the optional ingredients suggested by another reviewer would be good (I added Greek olives), but it is wonderful as written...a great go-to recipe for a meal, or whenever the pizza urge strikes.

I make something similar and it is sooooo yummy! I also like to add toppings of olives, artichoke hearts, and spinach leaves (they wilt perfectly when in the oven for just a few minutes), and drizzle Tzatziki sauce. So tasty!
