Sweet & Sour Casserole

Very easy great recipe! Always a hit when I make it.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In large skillet, heat tomato soup, brown sugar and hamburger.
  2. 2
    Layer meat mixture on bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. 3
    Place Velveeta cubes evenly spaced over meat mixture.
  4. 4
    In a large bowl, combine egg noodles, sour cream & cream of mushroom soup, stir until well blended.

    Layer noodle over meat mixture in baking pan. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. 6
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
