Mac & Cheese (The Mac Daddy)

Recipe #266919 | 20 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: Dreamn' of Key West
Nov 20, 2007

Grandma in Miami always had this ready on the stove when I went to visit her. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Boil water and cook the elbow pasta. While that cooks, chop up the cheese into medium squares (just so it melts quick when you add it to the hot pasta).
  2. 2
Drain the pasta, rinse with warm water.
  3. 3
Add all the cheese and stir until melted, add in the can of Tomato Soup, and 1 cup milk.
  4. 4
Stir over low heat until all melted together.
  5. 5
    Serve hot! Enjoy.
