Reuben Casserole

I found a recipe once for a ham and swiss casserole, similar to the ever so popular ham and Swiss sandwich, but I just LOVE Reubens, so I changed it up to fit my favorite sandwich!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a large bowl combine roast beef, sauerkraut, soup, cheese, milk, and dressing.
  2. 2
    Pour mixture into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  3. 3
    In a small bowl stir together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over beef mixture.
  4. 4
    Bake uncovered at 375°F for about 25 minutes.
