Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Trim off dry ends of asparagus.
  3. 3
    Place asparagus in oven-proof dish and toss with olive oil until all asparagus is coated.
  4. 4
    Roast in 400 degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  5. 5
    Add salt and pepper to taste and serve it up!

    I had a rain check for asparagus for .88$ a pound. I bought 3 pounds and cooked it like this. It was so good. 5 of us ate 3 lbs!
