Chocolate Whipped Butter (Hershey)
From the Hershey company. Use on Chocolate French Toast or Buddha's Soft Pretzels with cream cheese,.. lots of possibilities!

Ingredients
- 1 lb butter, softened
- 1 ounce Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Hersheys cocoa powder
Directions

Mix all ingredients and whip until smooth.2
Chill until needed.

Looks like chocolate mousse - my DH wanted to know why I was serving chocolate mousse with french toast.

I love flavored butters & have a cookbook devoted to them. This 1 really does look like chocolate mousse & it tastes almost as good too. I reduced the recipe to 1/4 lb, made it in minutes & chilled it while I fixed French toast for my breakfast yesterday. This has a mellow richness that is not too sweet or overpoweringly chocolate. I used it again this morning on a cinnamon/raisin bagel & that was excellent too. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.
