I tagged this in Photo Tag because I thought it sounded interesting and I hoped someone around here would like it. I love it! I reduced it to 1 pint and it was so very easy to make. I can see that it would make a great gift. I didn't use red pepper flakes because we are out and it was just spicy enough for me. But spicy-lovers would probably want to add more.

Made this recipe as a trial run to check the taste & it's suitibility for gift giving especially for the winter holidays! I did only half a batch, & already gave one pint as a gift! Did cut back on the last two ingredients (used about 1/2 the amount indicated) & for me the flavor was unusual AND WONDERFUL! Thanks for this great keeper!
