This is a variation of some recipes I've seen on this website - but a more lowfat version. Still really great, but without some of the high fat guilt!

SERVES 16 , 2 tbsp (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spritz a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam).
  2. 2
    Mix thawed or fresh spinach and artichoke hearts (cut hearts into small pieces first).
  3. 3
    Mix in the remaining ingredients.
  4. 4
    Place mixture in prepared baking dish.
  5. 5
    Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. 6
    Serve warm with crackers or bread pieces.
