Tony's Chicken Tenders With Honey Mustard Sauce
From: loof

This marinade produced extremely flavorful chicken! I cut boneless skinless breasts into strips, marinated for about 4 1/2 hours, then stir-fried with some bell pepper and onion. The result was moist and tender chicken bursting with flavor. Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe!

This is wonderfully flavored marinade Nassah. Followed your recipe as written and cut my chicken into bitesize pieces and did as kabob's on the grill. Made sure I skewered the chicken thru-out before marinating for approx. 5+ hours. The ginger really came thru wonderfully for me. Thanks for posting and glad I tagged for 123 HitWonders 08'

This chicken had great flavor just not the flavor I was expecting and hoping for. I didn't taste any ginger at all. I used ground ginger(new) and I cut back the salt and pepper to 1/2 tsp each. So I expected to taste the ginger. I marinated my chicken for 5 hours. I tried to mimick a tagine by using a covered skillet and cooking on a medium low heat. I guess you need a tagine for this one. Thanks for posting!
