Great way to prepare liver.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix flour and garlic salt, coat meat with flour mixture.
  2. 2
    Heat oil in 8-inch skillet; brown meat over medium heat.
  3. 3
    Stir in tomato sauce, add green pepper and onion.
  4. 4
    Cover and simmer until done, 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. 5
    While meat simmers, cook spaghetti as directed on package.
  6. 6
    Serve meat mixture on spaghetti and sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. 7
    I also like to put hot sauce on mine.
