This recipe made it into 2Bleu's Best of 2007 Reviewed Recipes Cookbook I don't know what to say except WOW! If I could give these potatoes 6 stars, I would. It has all the Simplicity, it's inexpensive (ok, worth the vanilla bean 10 times over), and is packed with flavor! Thanks for a dynamite keeper!
