Try other Celery and Blue Cheese Salad recipes

Isn't it funny how the simplest ingredients make the best recipes? I loved this salad for the ease in the making and the crispness of the celery next to the creaminess of the blue cheese. Used Clemson Blue Cheese (the best, in my opinion). Made for Beverage Tag.

What a great flavor combination! Loved and will definitely make again.

I served this lovely & easy-fix salad as part of a salad-relish dish, mainly to add a veggie + color & texture to a simple meal of oven-baked fish fillets & parslied potatoes. It was the simplest part of the meal, but the star of it. It is creamy-rich & packed w/flavor + crunch. I added red onion as suggested by another reviewer & liked that a lot. Great recipe, Sharon. Thx for sharing it w/us.

Beautiful and simple. I added balsamic vinegar (just a splash) and think it adds good contrast. I think adding red onion and walnuts would really step it up as well.
