Roasted Cauliflower With Parmesan Cheese

I got this recipe from Weight Watchers. It is delicious. The rich, nutty flavor of freshly grated Parmesan cheese pairs beautifully with cauliflower. Try the same recipe with broccoli, baby carrots and asparagus.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    In large bowl, combine cauliflower, oil, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
  3. 3
    Transfer cauliflower to large baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
  4. 4
    Roast until cauliflower is golden brown, tossing occasionally, about 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven, place in serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese; toss to mix.
  6. 6
    This is 1 point per each serving.
  7. 7
    Each serving is 3/4 cup.

    So simple and so tasty. I sprinkled with some Australian bush dukkah which I had on hand and this worked extremely well. Will definitely make this again soon.

    This is wonderful. I love the flavor of the parmesan cheese on the cauliflower. I will try it with the other recipes suggested. This was a hit in my house and will be made again. I followed the recipe and it was GREAT. I served this with Lainey's Parmesan Chicken Cutlets. I had no leftovers.

    Loved this! The flavor was wonderful and nutty. Excellent way to have cauliflower. I highly recommend this recipe!! Easy, easy. *I halved the recipe and it served 4 people, easily.
