My favorite Chinese cookie bathed in a yummy PB caramel topping.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 cups marshmallow, miniature
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chow mein noodles
  • 12 caramel
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter, crunchy

    • Directions

    1. 1
      Melt butter with marshmallows over low heat or in microwave at Medium for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
    2. 2
      Add noodles; toss until well coated.
    3. 3
      Drop spoonfuls of noodle mixture onto greased baking sheet.
    4. 4
      Melt caramels with water over low heat or in microwave at Low for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

      Add peanut butter; mix well.
    6. 6
      Drizzle over treats. Chill.
