My version of a similar tuna salad offered at the deli counter at Whole Foods Market.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Drain tuna and flake into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2
    Coarsely chop, or quarter, artichoke hearts and mix with tuna.
  3. 3
    Add remaining ingredients, mix gently until just blended.

WONDERFUL salad full of flavors I LOVE! I used extra green onions and quartered cherry tomatoes. I enjoyed it atop crunchy red cabbage. YUM!

    This was a fresh tasty salad!! We loved it!! The mix of feta cheese, artichoke hearts, tomato and tuna is a heavenly mix!! Made for Photo Challenge! Thanks Susiecat too!

    Really, really yummy! I made a half recipe (for one, with leftovers for lunches). I definitely prefer it as a salad, with crunchy lettuces as a base (rather than as a sandwich). I am very glad I made it, and shall be making it again. Perfect for potlucks!! Thanks for posting this, Susiecat too!
