Mmm I love this. Never tried it before but I have been looking to. Delicious!! I used cranberry jello and I didn't measure the cool whip but I think I used about half a cup with only a .3 oz box of jello instead of .6 oz. Plus, since I am low calorie obsessed and love to save my fiber one for actual cereal, I just skipped the crust all together and voila! A yummy 25 calorie/serving dessert. Thank you!

For the nutritional values, you just can't beat this pie. The fiber one crust is a bit weird and the pie texture is less cloud-like and more jello-like. But if you're looking for a bit of sweetness to finish off a meal without damaging your diet, this fits the bill perfectly. Thanks for posting.
