Cheap and Easy Veggie Chili

My boyfriend and I were experimenting with a basic chili recipe. I made it last night and it was delish! This is great for kids because there's no bits of onion.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Fry the mushrooms.

    Put tinned tomatoes in a pan and bring to heat.
  3. 3
    Add chili powder to taste.
  4. 4
    Add mushrooms.
  5. 5
    Add mince and baked beans.
  6. 6
    Add vegetable stock and onion powder.
  7. 7
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. 8
    Boil rice and serve straight away (garlic bread is a great side dish!).
