Easy Oven Omelette

Easy to make for those of us who can't seem to make a neat omelette in a skillet.

SERVES 4 -5 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. 2
    Brush the 1 tbsp melted butter into a square baking dish (8x8 or 9x9).
  3. 3
    Beat the eggs, sour cream, milk and mustard together until well blended.
  4. 4
    Stir in the scallions, swiss cheese, salt and paprika.
  5. 5
    Pour into the buttered baking dish.
  6. 6
    Bake at 325 for about 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set but still moist.

    THANK YOU Parsley!! Finally I made an omelette that looked good . This is easy, and quite tasty. Added more Dijon mustard and lots of fresh ground pepper. Thanks Parsley!

    Outstanding recipe. These turned out perfect.Baked mine in a 9 inch round baking pan for 30 min. adding some onions,green pepper and Chedder cheese. Even hubby who usually doesn't say much commented on how good this was. A definite keeper. Good job Parsley. Thanks!
