We really enjoyed this! I only had 1 lb of kielbasa, so I halved the rest of the ingredients (so as to have more sauce to serve over rice) and added one small chopped green pepper. Left the cover off for the last 15 minutes to reduce the liquid a bit. Everyone ate it up! Thank you so much for an easy, tasty recipe!
