Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 large broccoli
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon beau monde seasoning (can susbtitue celery salt)
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar

    • Directions

      Cut washed cauliflower,broccoli and cucumbers into bite size pieces add to large bowl.

      In a small bowl mix together:

      Salad dressing, oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over vegetables at least 2 hours before serving.

      Marinade by turning covered bowl.
