Best Ever Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients

• 5 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder (or 5 envelpopes of instant nonfat dry milk from a 2lb box)
• 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 cup original flavor Coffee-mate (powdered coffee creamer, more if desired)
• 1 3/4 cups nesquick powdered cocoa mix (more if desired)

Directions

   Mix all ingredients in a very large bowl until well blended. Mix will be a light brown. You will need a 2 quart container to store mix.

   Fill a mug to just below half with mix and add boiling water. Stir very well to make sure mix is well dissolved. Add a little cold milk to cool. ENJOY!

   *Notes: Do not use the Wal-Mart brand instant dry milk. It does not work well at all. However, the Publix Instant Nonfat Dry Milk works wonderful. (It's what I usually use when I make the Hot Chocolate Mix.) It comes in a 2lb box. It has 10 packets in it. 5 packets work for one batch of mix and it helps with measuring. Rubbermaid has an 8 cup (2 quart) jar that is perfect for storing the mix. I usually do two batches, but do one batch at a time.
