For that family looking for a healthy Greek recipe that will satisfy any taste buds.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Tzatziki sauce (yogurt sauce)

Gyro

    In a small bowl combine the first 5 ingredients.

    Refrigerate.
  3. 3
    In seperate bowl, combine seasonings.
  4. 4
    Add turkey and knead until well mixed.
  5. 5
    Shape into 1 inch thick, 3 inch long pieces.
  6. 6
    Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat.
  7. 7
    Place turkey slices into skillet.
  8. 8
    Cook until the center is no longer pink (8-10 minutes).

    Add lettace, tomato and onion as desired.
  10. 10
    Serve with tzatziki sauce.

I was dieing for Greek food, this hit the spot. Instead og ground turkey, I sliced, thinley chicken breast. Added seasoning a little olive oil and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours before cooking. YUM!! My dh said to make it the same way again. I certianly will. Thanks!
