Another refreshing drink. Use blueberries to garnish.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 45 ml tequila
- 20 ml Frangelico
- 15 ml pear puree
- 15 ml lemon juice, fresh
- champagne, to top
- ice
Directions

Shake and strain all ingredients, except champagne, into an ice-filled highball glass.2
Top with champagne and garnish with skewered blueberries.
