This is my favorite topping for meatloaf. It is good for basting before and during cooking and also for serving at the table for those who like more sauce.

2/3 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water

Directions

Stir all ingredients together.

If you plan to serve some at the table, set it aside before you baste the raw meatloaf.

Baste meatloaf before and during cook time.
